LEAKE STREET ART RESIDENCY

Marc Craig currently holds the position of Artist In Residence at Leake Street, located beneath Waterloo Station in London. Originally appointed by LCR Ltd for a one-year term from April 2022 to April 2023, his tenure has been extended for an additional year due to the success of his initial projects. During his first year, Marc produced numerous murals, notably a large-scale ceiling mural featuring his signature character, Max The Virus. Furthermore, he successfully curated a two-month exhibition at The Sidings under Waterloo Station, which showcased the works of 43 artists.

In addition to his mural work, Marc has been actively involved with  the Graffiti Workshops he conducts at Leake Street, sharing his passion for the space and the art created within it. Looking forward, Marc is particularly enthusiastic about two major projects: the Max The Virus portrait project and The Last Ark project. He is excited about the promising vibrant and creative second year in residence.
