Psychodoodlz is a street art collective that was formed in April 2015 by street artist Marc Craig with a view to exploring and enhancing mutual creative processes through collaboration on large-scale murals. In under a year Psychodoodlz has grown substantially from it’s humble beginnings to a core group of 10 artists that have produced very dynamic and unique works of art. In November 2015 Psychodoodlz was offered the opportunity to be part of the BP Family Weekend at Tate Britain working with engaging members of the public on a collaborative mural around the theme of memories and showcasing a 30ft mural in one the main central halls. To our knowledge this is the first time an active street art collective has had work represented in the Tate Gallery group.
Psychodoodlz has proven to be a unique and organic platform to meet like-minded individuals of all ages who are keen to stretch their artistic process and also share any skills they may have with others. It’s fundamental ethos of sharing and supporting has meant we are now looking to engage groups from a variety of sources from schools, community groups, prisons, charities, anyone really who has a passion for creating. We are advocates for all levels of artistic skill and the only requirement to join in is a desire to be part of. To us diversity is the life force of collaboration.
If you require any other information or discuss any future projects please contact Marc on the details below. We are especially keen to connect with similar minded artistic groups internationally so we can expand the creative experience further.
